• Delivery Method

Delivery will be done online only, and the photos will be provided as digital files. Please make sure to backup the files on your own USB drive or computer. I will retain the data for a period of 6 months.

• Photography Schedule

After contacting me through the inquiry form, I will propose a schedule via LINE or email.

• Payment

Once the photography schedule and location are confirmed, I will provide you with a cost estimate. The transportation fee will be based on the distance from Swiss Cottage to the shooting location, with any amount less than £1 rounded up.

• Payment Method

I accept payment through a UK bank account or via Wise (formerly TransferWise) in British Pounds. If you prefer to make the payment in Japanese Yen, please contact me separately for further discussion.

• Cancellation and Rescheduling Fees

Up to 4 hours prior: No charge After that: 100% Rain conditions apply only in the case of actual rainfall. If you wish to cancel due to cloudy weather, the following policy will be applied.

[In the case of cancellation by the client for other reasons]

Up to 3 days prior: No charge 1-2 days prior: 50% On the day of the shoot: 100%

• On the Day of the Shoot

If the delay due to client circumstances exceeds 30 minutes (including traffic congestion), an additional fee will be charged for the delayed time (£25 per 30 minutes). In case of client-caused delay, please note that the photography time may be shortened, and the number of delivered photos may be reduced.
